you provide your solutions together with technical specifications
you agree with legal conditions on written basis only
you act responsibly, honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures
you apply the protection of confidentiality, information and property rights
you comply with environmental protection and responsible use of energy, if applicable
you keep the commercial data of our customers and partners confidential and undertake not to divulge this data to third parties without the express agreement of the interested party
you comply with the provisions of this Code of Conduct – it is an essential condition for starting or continuing cooperation with TECHNO POL FRANCE
